Accounts that have never been used in their first 30 days will be deleted.  This only applies to the first month of existence.  People can reapply for new accounts if needed.  Also, if you have an account on the site, you can request that it be deleted at any time.


New Accounts

How do I register for the site?

You must apply for a free account using the Account Application page.  If approved, you will receive an email with login information.

Does my login to work on this site?

No - the sites are independent of each other.  You could use the same email address and change your password to match, but you will only be able to do so after applying for and receiving a login to this site.

I applied for an account but haven't received an email - was an account created?

As stated on the application page, be sure to check your spam folder and make sure your email server allows emails from  New accounts will be created as quickly as possible, but there may be delays as mentioned on the application page.  An attempt will be made to contact anyone who has been denied as well, so if you haven't heard anything at all within 72 hours, try using the forgot password link in the login box.  If an account doesn't exist, it will display an error message stating "Reset password failed: Invalid email address".  If an account does exist, it'll send an email to that address, which should appear in your inbox within seconds.  But once again, if you don't see anything in your inbox, check your spam folder and your email server spam settings because the email will come from the same address that sent out the new account email information.  If you've done all that and still have an issue, feel free to contact Matt (matt @ for assistance.

What are some possible reasons why an account application would be denied?

Reasons for account denial can include, but are not limited to:  a non-work email address was given, the person has violated the terms of this site or one maintained by SIS Resources; the person works for (or contracts with) a company with employees or contractors that have violated the terms of use at some point of this site or one maintained by SIS Resources; the person works at a district that doesn't use PowerSchool SIS; the person works for a company that doesn't support school districts with regards to the use of PowerSchool SIS.

Existing Accounts

I logged in but I can't access anything - what happened?

Sometimes browsers will have caching issue.  Try logging in with a different browser and if that works, go back to your original browser and either clear the browser cache or delete from your history, and try logging in again.

How long does it take for the reset password email to arrive?

It should arrive within seconds.  If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder or make sure your email server isn't blocking emails from

Can I change my username?

No - usernames must be unique and are based on work email addresses.  If your work email address has changed, please contact Matt with the new address and he will change the username.
